What others are saying

— Vicky Johwa

Working with Danni has been an absolute pleasure. The girls loved their very first session with her and immediately felt comfortable, motivated and supported. She is incredibly kind, patient and encouraging while still maintaining high standards and professionalism. Danni is extremely knowledgeable and explains technique clearly, safely and in a way dancers can really understand and apply. She is reliable, organised and genuinely invested in her students' progress. She truly embodies everything you would want in a teacher and we are so excited to continue working with her!

Danni was amazing to work with as a judge at our dance competition. She gave all dancers feedback on how to improve. She worked well with a new team ❤️

For Dancers

The DB Method helps dancers develop the strength, control, and confidence needed to progress safely and perform at their best.

In today’s dance environment, flexibility alone is not enough. True progression happens when flexibility is supported by strength and control — creating the stability, power, and technique required for acro development.

Through focused conditioning, controlled flexibility training, and carefully structured progressions, dancers will:

• Build strength for leaps, turns, and jumps

• Develop active flexibility with control

• Create safe foundations for acro skills

• Reduce the risk of injury

• Progress with confidence

• Stay inspired with acro combinations and technique exercises

Workshops are available at our Northamptonshire studio, alongside private coaching sessions in person and online.

Sessions are designed for intermediate and advanced dancers, helping them achieve new skills while learning how to properly support and protect their bodies throughout their training.
